I have a crush on my boss's son?

So I've had a crush on my boss's son for about a year and a half now... we only recently started hanging out with each other alone about a month ago.. we hung out last year but that was because I was dating a guy and he was seeing the girl who I lived with..who was the sister to the guy I was dating.. make sense? haha well anyway we've hung out about 4 different times now and the last time we hung out he put his arm around me while watching a movie and gave me a hug good bye, then he came into where I work and hung around the office for about 3 hours and then I text him after I got off work and we had a short conversation and it ended with me asking him what he meant when he said something (nothing relevant to this situation) and then he never text back and I text him the next day giving him crap for forgetting to give his dad something for me he was supposed to give, and he said oh sorry does he still need it? and I said no and then he never text me back so I'm just confused on whether or not I should text him or should I wait for him to text me..? this probably sounds ridiculous but I can't stand not knowing! lol
