My married coworker hit on me while drunk?

I was at an employee party and my coworker was drunk and I was buzzing. My coworker is married but was hitting on me and he inappropriately grabbed my thigh and told me to touch him. I moved to the other side of the room. I just sort of blew it off. I know it wasn't ok. I just left it alone. He was drunk. So the next day he texts me and asks me if he was ever out of line at the party. I told him no that he wasn't. just to let it go. Now we have had several parties before and that was the first time that happened and he has never texted me the next day asking if he was ever out of line ever. I am wondering if he remembers what he did and was playing dumb to see what I would say or he has no idea?

Being married doesn't stop us from being attracted to women. He was drunk and in his intoxicated state he let you know. It doesn't mean we don't love our partner or find her less attractive, or that there is any issues in the relationship... it's simply that we find other women attractive and in a sober state we usually go with the societal standard of not doing anything about it.
