Was my hairdresser hitting on me?

I get my haircut at one of two barbershop in town. I look young for my age (22). At the time I had grown some facial hair so I didn't look young. My hairdresser is shorter than me and she's middle aged. As she was cutting my hair she asked me what I did and I told her I was a college student studying economics. She asked me what I thought of the oil prices. She asked me my age and I told her that people always thought I was younger. She said that only men can grow beards and she knew I wasn't a boy. She accidentally made a mistake doing my hair due to miscommunication. I kind of panicked and she said she would fix my hair. She asked me if I had anxiety and she said she has anxiety too. As she styled my hair she asked me if I had a girlfriend. I said no and I asked her if she had a boyfriend and she said no. She then asked me what my plans were for the rest of the day. I also got the haircut for free.

Yesterday (11 months later) I was getting my haircut. Once I finished that same woman kind of stopped me in my path and asked me if I remember her from the year before (she even said the month). She said that she messed up my hair and has never made a mistake like that since. She then asked me why my hair was short now. She said she noticed when I came in the location over the past months that my hair was longer. She then asked me if I was wearing it short due to summer. I then told her everything was good and shook her hand. She gave me a firm handshake.
