Is she flirting with me? She keeps brushing her legs against mine in class?

In my English class I sit next to this cute girl. Our school has a uniform so she's always in a skirt, bare legs. During class I feel her touching my legs with hers. Lightly brushing against them. It wasn't just a one off either, she kept doing it. I wasn't uncomfortable with it in the slightest. Is she trying to flirt with me or does it mean nothing and she isn't even taking notice of it.
