What do you expect from you poor men?
What do you expect from your PMS'ing girl?
First, PMSing and having your period are usually two different things. Usually girls PMS for a few days before their period, some have both simultaneously.
(i'm not sure if you mean physically or emotionally so I'm going with emotionally) It's sort of being like 14 again (when dealing with your parents, I guess), your mad or easily made mad for no real reason and you usually know it's for no real reason which just infuriates you more. Your just in an all-around bad mood, so your easily set off in any emotional direction. Guys must have days like that right? If not, add it to the list of things The Big Guy Upstairs needs to revamp.
Ideally, I expect my guy to just act like normal. Well, maybe just nod and agree a little more than usual -- but that's for his protection as much as my sanity. If he starts trying to coddle me and being all "what can I do for you honey" it's just going to piss me off. I mean, do you do that to your guy friends every time they hurt themselves? NOOO. We're pretty adept at taking care of ourselves and you know - this. and NEVER try to excuse our behavior, I had I boyfriend tell his friends -in front of me- "She's just PMSing" after I had gotten in an argument with one of them. Sheesh!
Sorry, I rambled. Hope it helps.
I don't PMS that bad, I get short with people when I'm in pain/feeling like crap but nothing big. Girls who start acting like the devil himself has entered their bodies are just overreacting and using it as an excuse to play mind games or be bipolar. PMSing girl will probably get irritated, be in pain, and possibly emotional (hormones on are high), it shouldnt be too bad though. She may snap without warning if you keep bothering her (dispensing on the girl it can be small things like asking too many questions or touching her too much).let her have time alone and every once in awhile ask her if she's needs anything (prepare for the worst: buying her pads, heating up a hot towel for her cramps). And from men, I don't know. Its not really your job to take care of it but it would help if you could be understanding. Any woman asking more for that may possibly be high maintenance.
I'm not bad with PMSing, I feel dizzy and overheated, my lower back is sore but I don't turn into a raging bitch. I may cry over sappy movies, which I don't normally do, maybe hobble out of bed because I'm in pain but that's about it. I don't expect much from my boyfriend, besides he'll have to understand I'm SUPER hungry at this time (stopping for ice cream as soon as we leave dinner, haha?). At the same time, I'm not going to screech at him and think it's okay just because my period is coming. I think that's ridiculous and I feel sorry for men who have to deal with that. Over-emotional, bitchy or not, PMS is not temporary insanity, nor is it a free card to act up. Some girls need to get a hold on themselves.
I had a girlfriend that got PMS so bad, that I began marking off the dates she had periods on my calendar. No joke.
After trying to comfort her hundreds of times I could no longer put up with the crying, screaming, and slaps to the face. So I started to avoid spending a lot of time with her during these periods.
However hard it was, during these times I forced myself to make less wise ass remarks.
My advice is do not aggravate her, try not to talk so much, and don't cuddle her like she's a child.

Well physically, I just get cramps and they're usually not that bad anyway.
Emotionally, I get irritated really easily so I tend to be more rude than usual [I'm usually pretty sweet]. I don't like to be around a lot of people at that time because it gets me nervous/frustrated, so I tend to want to be alone for a while lol.
I might just be more emotional than usual haha [crying, yelling, etc.], so all I'd really expect is some comfort and understanding. Just wait it out and don't be overbearing, give me space.
sore lower back, tender breasts, lightheadedness, bloating, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, pretty much all I want to do is lay down in bed all day.
personally, I know when I'm PMSing and I'm able to realize when I'm freaking out on people for stupid reasons, so I tend to stay away from my guy during that time, and as far as I'm concerned, he has no objection to it.
I get PMS really bad, and usually get it a whole week before my period and sometimes it lasts the week during my period. Physically I have back pain, fatigue, cramps, headaches, and sore breasts. On the emotional side I get irritated by the smallest disruptions, feel depressed/more anxious/nervous,is a lot more sensitive to things and cries easily, and I act like a total bitch. I always dread getting my period because I'm like a completely different person it seems like. And people tend to want to stay away from me, haha. I don't expect much from my boyfriend, I just warn him not to do anything that will piss me off, but I don't even need to tell him that anymore, because he's gone through it for the past half year, he understands, hehe. ; )
