Crush has friends with benefits. Still pursue?

I've recently grown interested in a female friend of mine. Over the last few months we have become very close. I thought she was sending signals that she was interested also.
I found out just before doing anything that she has a friends with benefits deal with some guy.
My immediate reaction was give up as she's got a guy but I now wonder if I should still go for it as its only a friends with benefits (if a boyfriend then I wouldn't touch the situation).
It really did seem like she was interested but then she told me about this so perhaps it was her way of saying 'not you'.
We are spending the entire afternoon/ evening alone together in another city for a summer festival this Friday. Not sure if I do something or not

Well my thought is its just a friends with benefits. If we do get together then there's no real ethical problem and they can stop it if she rather be with me. It could get messy though. Perhaps one has developed feelings, or maybe it is more than friends with benefits and Im being lied to. I'll see how things go
