No. If you find a girl attractive and actually want to talk to her whether she's wearing sunglasses or not isn't going to stop you, hasn't stopped me before
It depends a lot on how her mannerisms are as well while wearing sunglasses. I almost always have a pair of sunglasses on since my eyes are very sensitive.
Approaching a woman is sexual harassment now, I would never approach a woman that I don't know.
I agree. I wouldn't even speak to a girl I don't know for no reason
It's more intimidating to talk to someone when you can't see there eyes
woman with sunglasses look classy and elegent. hard to approach
I thought classy elegance would be easier to approach, they seem more friendly
That could be a deal breaker since sunglasses might be attached with a certain style
That diva lifestyle?
Kinda like that.
Ya some look so ridiculous with their super large over sized glasses lol
My girlfriend wears sunglasses every day and I am not one bit bothered. Infact, more than 90% of the pictures we had together, she was wearing sunglasses. I do not wear sunglasses and that is a personal preference. If men do not approach you for wearing sunglasses, you are not worthy enough for them.
To me sunglasses don't mean nun all they do is make it harder to read the girl making men ask more questions
''that a lady wearing sunglasses looks stuck up and closed off. ''
Yeah I think like this. A lot of emotion is shown in the eyes.
I see, wearing sunglasses as crossed arms. Showin a little attitude and not wanting to be approached.
Not unapproachable just a bit rude to talk to. I like eye contact with people I talk to. If they take them off when talking then it's another story
I agree
Yes, this the same for us. Its weird to talk to someone wearing sunglasses while talking. Just a normal thing to make eye contact IF he/she is interested hahah
Precisely
Not at all.
If a pair of sunglasses is enough to make you question saying hello then there are deeper questions that need to be asked!
It’s not a turn off, but I’d really rather see the full face. I’d need to before knowing if I wanted to ask her out.
It looks like your trying to hide your eyes, you can tell most about someone by looking at their eyes and when you can't see them it makes you subconsciously uncomfortable.
No... it depends on how u wear them.
With arrogance or with kindness,
How tf do you wear sunglasses with arrogance or kindness.
@kaskas19 - Exactly. 😂😂
Lmao
@kaskas19 I guess having that diva look like celebrities? I'd say it depends on the type of sunglasses like hippie tinted sunglasses look more fun than high class to me
Depends. Most that wear them for appearance rather than usability seem stuck up out shallow though
Without reading the body of your question; yes of course! I want to see your EYES!
I feel like they don't want to get bothered, although the way their face is has an impact too, like when they're smiling, the feeling is less but when they look too serious, I won't even think about going anywhere near them.
Nah, I'll just ask them to take them off so I can see their eyes.
it makes them look scary. therefor i run away from them
Yes she is less approachable as there is no eye contact. One can approach someone if and only if there is a positive vibe in eye contacts
Is this an unspoken rule that ABSOLUTELY NO ONE knows about? I think this argument is redundant because people approach others without eye contact. For example, though not in the same sense, when you go to checkout of a store. Generally speaking, you don't make eye contact with the cashier yet you still approach and talk to them. Also, in the same sense, I like to think about that socially awkward teenage boy who approaches a girl he likes with his head down. He is AVOIDING eye contact in order to not embarass himself and yet he still, believe or not, gathers enough courage to approach the girl without "a positive vibes in eye contact."
Everyone having glasses on is putting a mask like getting a self esteem boost. I find women with sun glasses more reserved then aprochable.
Yeah it’s true, they do look unapproachable and I feel strange talking to someone on a more personal level if I can’t see their eyes
I've always approached women that I found attractive but don't feel like it right now with all the rejections I've had
Thats because you're focussing too much on the outcome (a girl accepting or rejecting your offer) which is out of your control. If you give yourself credit for the things that you do within YOUR control (approaching girls, asking for numbers etc.) you'll feel much better and come across more relaxed to the girl which will lead to her being more attracted to you.
I see it as they have something to hide and are best avoided.
Not seeing someone's eyes hides their emotions to me that makes them not approachable.
Less approachable I'd say cus you can't see the look in there eyes
Maybe it's true... But I mostly wear em to checkout girls without them even noticing xD
yes because you can't see if she checks you out / is interested in you
Eyes tell a lot about a person, hiding them is a sign that the person doesn't want to get known.
How? @eyes
@iLala_Water It ells a lot about the person's confidence, trustworth, honesty, stupidity... You can read many things in the eyes of a person.
How do you read their eyes, if you have never met them?
@iLala_Water That's a "gift", you have it or you don't. I can't really explain how this works.
Ok. Does it come from (having) life experience?
@iLala_Water A tiny bit. Experience teaches you the different profiles of people you can identification, but you have to have the gift. You might become better at this if you start noticing the right things.
What are the "right things" ?
@iLala_Water Gestures, eye movement, small muscle contractions,... There are a lot, but I'm not the most qualified to talk about this.
Very intimidating. Conceals too much emotion and motives.
I'm an eyes person. It's like reading a soul.
Sunglasses doesn't kill it but it's whatever
"I read in an article about why men nowadays don't approach women"
Do you wax the floors in your office? I'm guessing not, because it's not your job to do it.
Maybe.
But I will definitely try ! I like a challenge.
No. The right sunglasses makes someone looking hotter. But when someone comes to talk to you you better get them off and smile at them.
The art of conversation only transcends beyond all points of what one could call a deterrent, it's all within the approach of how you choose the best means to do so with the person you have in mind
Sunglasses are more unapproachable, since you can't see her eyes. Normally if you make eye contact with a woman and she doesn't look away or smiles your good to talk to her.
I live in florida it's pretty much a common thing for everyone to water them I think it comes down to confidence. Body language is maybe a better clue.
Sometimes i think it's something to make eyes on you so they would notice you more and in my opinion i don't think guys think in such complicated way i don't know
Not at all, glasses no glasses if you want to chat someone up you just go for it.
looks like a retard to me, lol
the glasses are too werid
Sunglasses to me usually just mean it's bright out lol
Yes, eyes are the most important thing to me. So yes.
Well yes because you can't make an eye contact, which usually needs to happen first.
doesn't have any impact for guys coming on to me. guess it depends on overall appearance
I don't think so, I would definitely not call you stuck up
Hard question. But yup, maybe the lady doesn't want men walking to them.
I think that's true... because many girls wear them as you said "for the sylish" and well, I hate that.
No. But it makes some think they are the shit. And don't try talking to them if you're not about anything, or have some money.
For me it depends on the situation and type of sunglasses really dark or mirror sunglasses = leave me alone.
Not 100% true but definitely more than 50%. I would never approach a girl with sunglasses jus cus I hate not having eye contact
It doesn't matter if your wearing sunglasses or not
It's something that I like to call "The Matrix Effect"
What do you mean like that?
Sunglasses in general make people seem emotionally distant
No sunglasses doesn’t make a woman unapproachable but her sheer excess in lipstick would
I sometimes think that she dos'nt want to be approached, or is (or could be) a prostitute.
Huh? @prostitute
A lady wearing sun glasses looks pretty attractive and sexy
It depends if glasses suits u not an issue if they are awkward then wht u said is right
Depends, if you wear some "fly eyes" glasses, yeah.
I like a woman who wears sunglasses. But I think some girl do wear sunglasses to not be bother
