Are nurses allowed to show cleavage?

I’ve been around doctors and nurses my whole life
with my asthma
My aunt who passed that lived in a nursing home
and through my mom being sick

I’ve never gone 6 months without being around some sort of nurse or doctor
in all these years I’ve been around them, I've never seen any of them show cleavage..

Im 18 now so I can talk about it.
Some of them are... well endowed
so they could show cleavage if they wanted to, why don’t they?
Is it because of the nurse clothing?
Or do they just not show cleavage

I dunno if they're allowed or not, but nurses have a rough job. they get hit with fluids, they have to deal with people who are out of their minds, they're professionals and hard working.

the last thing they care about is how they look on the job and they probably also want to avoid exposed skin
