never mind I think I got my answer even if half of you did it the insensetive way. I asked because I have issues and things like this don't come easy to me, next time have some thought when answering a question, not everybody thinks the same

if he knows you already; friends etc..he could be flirting. other than that, he's simply giving a stranger a compliment. girls take that as creepiness though. which I hate

I, like many users here, have a short fuse when people ask pretty redundant questions. But I can usually tell when people are being sincere or just idiotic. So you're quite welcome. Everyone likes being called pretty. :) And it means just that.
