Can you tell when a girl is inexperienced with flirting?

I don't consider that flirting, but, yeah, it is a sign of inexperience. The last time a girl did that to me it was a 24 year old, so it's not just a teenage thing.

You really see a big difference between girls flirting badly and well; however, one that flirts well doesn't necessarily have the advantage because both have gotten a guy's attention. The slickest flirting a girl ever did with me (and it was really good) actually would not have been successful anyway because it was a classmate who only did it when I happened to be wearing a suit to class because I had just had an interview for an internship, meaning she wasn't interested until then,

Looking away just means they are shy, inexperience usually comes across by them picking bizarre topics to flirt over/about and using weird innuendos. Its pretty endearing though really as its clear they are trying really hard and I appreciate the effort and usually help them out a bit :P

to me, it's quite easy to tell because they'll either:

hesitate
be overly dramatic
not make any sense
do it the same way you see in movies (unrealistic)
try to show confidence that's covered by layers of shyness

and many more

Yes- or at the very least I can identify when she is nervous talking to me. The vast majority of the time it is just even cuter though, so no worries about. It shows she isn't playing games either.

There is no girl that doesn't know how to flirt, just some are much better at it usually from gained confidence based on experience. I don't mind either as long as the effort is there.
