Why does my teacher stare at me, stalk my computer, and do other weird stuff?

My teacher stares at me all the time, and he even stalks my computer. My friends have picked up on this they’re like he likes you that’s why. He does stare at other people and my friend told me she was uncomfortable. So The first day of school he calls roll, he says my name I say here and he stares at me for 30 seconds. Second day of school he asked me what color paper I would like I said purple and he stares and smiles at me. So recently I sat near my friend, and I changed my seat because he would stare at me, like I can’t talk to a friend without him staring. And he would always stand behind my seat. So I changed my seat to the back and he staring at me a lot, and he stalks my computer. So my friend would use her x browser, and he wouldn’t send her any messages but if I’m on my x browser a big message would pop up. And it was work time and i tried to explain something to her he’s deadass staring at me. I’m at my locker he’s staring at me, so my group of friends were around my locker we were talking and he got out his class stood behind a locker and was staring at me. Like I caught him staring at me in class so I looked up and his head went down and then he thought my head went down, and he looked back up. One day it was pep rally and we were walking to the gym and he was walking slow just to walk beside me, and my friend said it was to protect me from boys 🙄
