What to wear to a party to impress this guy?

I’m pretty average looking. 5’3”, half white half hispanic, simple facial features, short black hair, and I kind of have curves. But i want to find something to wear to a little kickback party my friends are having and I want to impress this guy and possibly hookup with him, he’s a year older than me but we run in the same friend group. I already know how to flirt and be confident but I need him to maybe realize I’m interested in a little more than just flirting. So basically, girls, what makes you feel pretty when you’re at a party? And guys, what makes a girl you see at a party attractive?
