It has happened a couple of times before with me. But the one that felt kinda special happened last year, at a resort.
I went to book a snorkelling session but the staff weren't there yet. So I was asking this attractive guy when they'd come. We started talking and found ourselves going for a walk on the beach. He started flirting and I was responding. It was so much fun and some moments later we were kissing.
I don't know anything about him, besides his nationality and other basic info. I didn't see him ever again. Sometimes I think about him and today that song reminded me of that kiss. It felt like a dream. I didn't give him my number cause I felt like it was nothing more than a kiss.

I suppose my first kiss kind of counts given it was with a friend of one of my university flatmates, who I'd not met before that night. We were all drinking and playing Chicken, when the guys refused to kiss even though the girls were up for it she was sat next to me and just went for it. Really good kisser actually, it's a shame she was only visiting from London otherwise I'd have tried to make things more long term.
As for a complete, total stranger, not on a date or with a partner, then no, I haven't, but it's something I'd love to try. Even if just for fun.

I think it counts as stranger (never saw him after, both went back to our homecountries), but it doesn't feel that distant.
