some do some dont, my last girlfriend liked calling it me and she seemed to get turned on by doing so, also when in dd/lg relationship it was part of the role play and dynamic at first it did take me back a bit but as soon as you separate that from reality it's ok I didn't mind it personally
I guess it depends on who says it. I'd want it to come from someone I want an intimate relationship with. And even though I wouldn't enjoy it more than being called by my name, it is a term of endearment so I wouldn't loathe it.

It's happened to me only a few times, and while I'm not entirely comfortable with it, (since the couple times it was said to me by women younger than me, except in the case of my ex) I do accept it as a term of endearment, like honey, sweety, etc. Now in the context of my ex, sometimes she would call me daddy, but then again we were trying to have children, so it wasn't as much about her calling me her daddy, as it was about creating a sense of family dynamics.
