Any number of things could make for a second glance. Her posture, her laugh, clothing, body language, the way she holds her head, the way she walks, her glancing your way, her hair, eyes, etc. Whatever happens to catch your attention, especially if it's attractive in some way. And a lot of things can be attractive.
