I think I made a 50-year old man blush, is that a special thing?

So I was talking to him and I noticed that after one of my sassy comments (still polite) he looked at me, leaned his head against his hand and blushed while staring at me and making a rather playful comment himself. He doesn't seem like a person who blushes easily, but then again, I don't know him well enough.
Could it be that he's attracted to me?

Age doesn't matter much to guys when it comes to attraction. Age only matter when we pursue someone. (and most feel 18+ is the limit even though they won't admit it.)
