I live in a complex that has a handyman servicing the building. He is strangely cute to me. He’s come to service my unit a few times and he always says hi to me when he sees me.
I want to flirt with him, but I don’t really know what to say because the only times I see him are once in a blue moon and only if I pass by him in the hallway/parking lot.
I don’t really want to give the cliche “Hi, nice weather ain't it?” small talk but something that he can walk away with feeling a little bit of a zing from. Doesn’t have to be super forward but something that’s playful and flirty.

Being said as a handyman who's single, unless you make it well known he's just gonna brush it off, I know some guys who will brush off innuendos, you're gonna have to be forward cause he has to be professional on the clock.

Next time he services your unit be like that's hot you know how to do all of that, or you like a man that can fix things, that'll at least put a smirk on his face and start a convo.

The reason why I ask is because I don't have anything that needs fixing right now and also, if I do break something, there is a 1 in 3 chance he'll show up since there's two other handymen that When I do see him, it's usually only when I'm walking down the hall, and that's rare.
I'm not sure what to say, especially since I'm not sure if he's married.
