Whats the difference between a guy flirting with you vs just being friendly?

Sometimes, I just assume that guy likes me if he opens doors for me, helps me out, smiles a lot, and blushes. I see this guy watching me from the corner of my eye too. I know opening doors, helping out, and smiling can count as just being friendly. Plus, he had a girlfriend so 🤷‍♀️. please explain 🙏 I had a guy like me before and he did all of this. This guy winked at me before probably because I was giving him a certain look once he came into work lol. I'm always nice to him too. I'm a very nice person. I do find him attractive and don't want to mess up his relationship so I kinda back off. There are days that he just acts weird around me which isn't normal for him because he is should a confident person. He also started getting shy too and always standing close even though it's covid.

I’m not sure but to me it sounds like he has mixed emotions. Some of the stuff can be him just being friendly but some things sound like he really is interested in you. I can be somewhat confident at times but whenever I’m next to someone I like I get extremely nervous and act differently around them. Never fails. I think that right now he is having an internal struggle because of his feelings, but I could be wrong.
