He mentioned to me going out with him months ago but never invited me out so i figured ok he doesn't want me anyway.

I don't know what he wants. The flirting thing is kinda weird to me. Im a awkward lady. I dont flirt to flirt and often if im involved with a guy FLIRTING with me its cause he keeps doing it to me and i am really awkward.
