Girl always tilts her head when I talk to her. why?

So I get the impression she likes me (always glances at me/flat out stares, blushes, etc..) but one thing I notice when we talk is she always tilts her head to one side. Does it mean anything in particular?

It might be a psychological thing or a genetic thing or a coping mechanism for stress - I used to tilt to one side repeatedly on plane rides cause I was scared of airplanes and compulsive repetition helped me relax.
