What does it mean when guys pick out things about a girl that they notice?

I have a friend that used to be all touchy touchy and flirty && he always seems to notice things about me. For example, the other day he seen me and I waved. He's like why do you do that? I'm like what? He's like you tilt your head, wave high, and get on your tippy toes a lil. I highly doubt he likes me for the simple fact he always talks about girls and how picky he is. Trust me, I'm not skinny. I'm a cute face chubby girl kinda chick.

Anyways, My question is, do guys notice things about a girl just because or they find them attractive in some sorta way?

Quick answer, you need more clues to decide this. Just noticing doesn't mean anything concretely.

Guys notice girls, that is like a universal law. If she is beautiful and pretty, we notice more. If she is really sexy and hot, we notice even more. Guys also notice the girl they love, true. So if a guy is paying attention to you, there is something in you he likes. But you can't judge on the basis of it whether he is in love or is looking for a long-term relationship.

Also guys commonly do not pay very close attention to details like the girls do. For example, a guy can spend hours with you and still not remember what was the color of your shoes!
