Would women date a man that is a social shut in?

I am 25 and have had little to no socialization with women and have had no relationship or sexual experience. I don't really know how to try and start dating. To be honest I don't understand it or how people communicate. To me flirting is walking up and blatant saying I find you attractive and want to try getting to know you better. Apparently that's awkward for some reason. I have told a few women I was into them back in highschool but they always said they weren't into me then just stopped talking to me altogether. I tried online dating with no success because I want a relationship rather than hookups. I have hobbies and skills that have to do with computers as well as fitness. Despite this I can't get people to look past my awkward exterior.

Your not unique, your a member of the majority of men your and around your age. Women like to try and make men think they have social life calendar filled with interactions with men but in reality they are wondering where the huge number of "real" men are they were ALL promised their whole childhood they could pick and choose from. When in reality there is a massive supply and demand of "real men" and by real men they define real men as rich successful usually college educated. The reality is there are far more women who go to and or graduated since the early 1980's, women hold more wealth then men and they spend more.
So your not being chased by girls and believe me they have in the distant past because they are holding out for men they were promised that don't exist.

Additional.. Girls in HS rarely take on boyfriend's it may seem that they almost all do but its a ruse. Girls last had boyfriends close to their age back in middle school. The ages don't get back into sink until your in your late 20's early 30's and then it drifts the other way, older men/younger women. Oh and girls in HS either actually get older boyfriends (college age) or they want one badly and are holding out.

Main problem is that women don't have a chance to even talk to you.

I have a girlfriend, but outside home i live like a loner. Have 1,5 friends, tons of acquaintances from work and what not. But i never spend time with other people, in my free time, not when working out or climbing or riding my bike. Random people do start talking to me all the time, have always found that weird.

If you live like me or similar then your dating life is so much harder or you need to get really lucky once.

I'm sure women would date you, try to talk more with people and hangout near them. Somebody with adapt you as their pet 😗

TBH, you have no chance at this point. You need to spend time socializing on non-romantic environment s with women to even fetching the pint where you can have any sort if convo with a woman.

I'm told I'm attractive and I have a well paying job. Unfortunately at this time the hours are very long and it's already a very tough job so I am always exhausted currently.

You really shouldn’t struggle getting women then tbh. I never walked up to anyone and flirted before but I dm girls on Instagram and just say “hi you’re cute” maybe you can try that I don’t put much thought into flirting so you probably won’t have to either. Plus some women like the awkwardness at first they find it cute so you should be fine
