Why would a younger guy initially flirt with me and give into my invitation to hangout with me and my friends, then ignore the next time I invite him?

We bumped into each other, we exchanged numbers, he flirted, showed interest, then gave in to my invitation to hang with my friends and I. He and I didn't flirt the day we hungout as a grouo. The week after completely ignores my text to invite him out again. He's several years younger. Is it my friends or me he doesn't want to see? I get that he may have lost interest, but why?

Coming from a guy's perspective, it most likely was the friends. He just wanted to tap that ass and have a good time and see if you were the one he wanted to do that with forever. The fact it sounds like he didn't get to, may have drove him off. If u come to hang, I wanna hang with YOU. not a group of strangers.

Yes, definitely I believe it is so. You need to go to him but don't show desperation. That's the worst. Show him you take care of him and he doesn't needs someone else. Try to shower him with your love and affection. Otherwise you will lose him
