I work at a local deli were lots of women love to go. I may be out of my mind but I get the vibe these women are trying to flirt with me. I notice them being overly nice and making excessive eye contact with me. Is this there way of flirting with a young cashier or am I out of my mind.

They definitely can be doing that and if you are a cute young guy, women around that age are usually declining in age and become more flirty around men they think are cute
