Any reason she’s been acting this creepy?

I’ve known a girl for nearly a year now and I wouldn’t say we’re friends. She shows no emotion and it’s really weird. We don’t really speak either. Randomly she got super weird and started saying hi to me and smiling at me and stuff like that. We work together. I think we’re around the same age- early 20s. I knew sh was a lesbian when I saw her come in with her girlfriend once but I think they broke up. She’s very off and on as far as speaking to me. I’ve walked in and said hi to everybody and she’s just looked at me. Once she asked if I could do her a favor and I was like “what?” Nervously and she blushed and laughed. Maybe a month ago I was in the back doing some orders and she was like “how are you doing ashley” and I said I was doing good and she was like “no how are you rlly doing?” Then said she was asking because she cared about me and I said I cared about her too and she laughed. I haven’t seen her in a little while like over a few weeks. The question I have is considering when I saw her yesterday. I walked in yesterday and said hey to everyone and she kept glancing over at me, it was super noticeable. Also when I went out front to work she was doing a project near me and kept glancing over again. I was talking to another coworker and she joined the convo and actually talked. When I was at the register she got rlly close to me and was putting bags and stuff away and I’m talking extremely close. She was kneeling down on her knees by my legs and it was so close it looked like she was doing stuff to me. Also I came out the back and we locked eyes when I came out the door and she kept looking and facing me then looked at her phone. Then she came right next to me at the register again and turned and looked at me like she was about to talk to me. What is her staring problem?
