It’s not about what a girl wears that decides if I flirt with her or not.

She could be dressed like that but then be really poor at flirting, which means you just stop and move on.

It takes 2 (or more) to flirt and it needs to be fun and interesting.

This means she could be wearing anything from jeans and a jumper to ball gown or half dressed in a very short dress, she still has to be interesting, fun and intelligent.

Only if you were to approach me first. If you wear that in public, it makes it pretty obvious that you’re just trying to attract any guy who sees you, and I wouldn’t mean any more to you than the hundreds of other guys who find you attractive. But if you were to approach me wearing that, it would be flattering because it shows that you actually care what I think of you. But that’s just me.
