Girl is flirting with other guys in front of me?

So me and this girl are flirting a lot wether it's talking or texting, but the other day at lunch she was holding this other guys hand (who has a gf, which is her best friend). Their fingers weren't interlocked but she was still holding his hand for a while. And then she asked him to play thumb wars and when they were about to start she looked right at me, as if to see if I was watching. I was sitting next to the guy that she was doing this with. And later when we were walking in the hall she locked arms with me and then I tried to hold her hand but she wouldn't hold mine back and she said stop but like in a jokingly way. She wouldn't hold my hand but she would hold another guy's who she doesn't even like talk with or flirt?? Is she doing this on purpose or what?!?

We went out before like a long time ago and she also played thumb wars with her ex in front of me too. Ik playing thumb wars sounds dumb and harmless, but isn't like an excuse to touch the other person and hold their hand? Cause she always does it for like several minutes

Normally, I would just say, leave her alone. This girl wants too much attention, and it seems like she wants too much of the wrong attention. But then again, this girls sounds like she is real insecure, and uses guys to boost her confidence. So let her know that she is beautiful, and if she continues, move on from her. She is what I like to call, EXTRA...
