Half smile and a sparkle in your eyes?

So this girl decided she just wanted to be friends and she goes stop flirting with me. Thus girl was weird. She was like I just want to look into your eyes stop flirting with me. I go how am I flirting with you? That little half smile and look in your eyes. I think a the time I was trying to not crack up laughing because that just seemed so creepy her wanting to just stare at me while we were both sitting on the couch. Other than her being a weirdo Is a half smile with good eye contact a good flirting technique? I'm not usually good at the full smile to a stranger, so I'll find myself commonly doing a half smile to some random girl walking by I guess to test the waters so to speak.

I was mad at this one guy once and I his eyes were so beautiful and i got the impression that he really wanted to make up with me and comes super close and looks into my eyes and I glanced away really fast but turned my head to look him in the eyes and I got lost for a second and forgot I was mad at him, then averted my eyes away again.. lol you must have pretty eyes..

Yeah. One is green one is brown. Heterochromia iridium. I guess that's why she was staring.
