What do about girl I’m close with in my friend group who is a tease?

I have a close friend group of about 5 guys and 5 girls. We recently all became a friend group a year ago and have gotten really close since. There’s this girl I’ll call Sarah in the group who I had a big crush on in the beginning and felt like we flirted a lot (hand holding, occasional kiss on cheek, and dancing close to each other) but this was mostly when we were drunk so I wrote it off. She later hu with a guy (who I have now become very close with) in an Uber right in front of me and it made me mad. Her and this guy who was now a part of our group were hu for a few months and stopped like two months ago but he still has feelings for her so I’ve backed off since that Uber sitch besides calling her a tease a couple weeks after that drunk and she laughed at it. Well recently I moved into my own place and have been going on more dates and her interest in me lately has seemed to pick up. Well recently she got mad at me for going on a date with a girl “I barely know” over hanging with them and constantly asks about all the girls I’m hu with. I took this cute girl the other night out to dinner and brought her back to pregame with us and I guess I was very touchy/kissing her in front of Sarah and she refrained from talking to the girl just commenting on how affectionate I was in a tone to make it seem weird. We go to the bar and when we leave I kiss the girl I brought goodbye and we end up back at mine. When my roommate went to his room, I was laying on my couch staring at the roof super drunk and she just laid on top of me face to face but put hers near my neck and just slowly kissed me three times. After a sec she put her hands on my chest and we were just locking eyes, I don't know what I was feeling so I made no move and she got up when my roommate opened his door then asked why I was acting weird out of nowhere. I don't know what to do, I don’t wanna hurt my friends feelings/the groups vibe but when I’m drunk I don't know how I’ll react next time. I need advice.
