This sounds kind of weird but I feel sexually attracted to one of my co-workers at the work place. I think he is also interested at some level having judged his glances and flirty attitude towards me. However he is also very dedicated to work and when I quit he was sick, so we never got to talk properly. Last time we talked I asked him how he was. We haven’t talked since but I’m still thinking about him. Since I quit, I was thinking whether he would be interested in any kind of relationship with me? What’s the way to go about it? Don't be too direct, instead take a more subtle approach and watch carefully for signs and maybe encourage him to make a move.

1. Open a conversation with him via text seeking his help with something (Make something up if necessary).

2. Let him know you're single, don't assume he knows this, so indirectly let him know.

3. Find out what he is passionate about, figure out some questions to ask him that will get him talking.

4. Suggest meeting up to close the project and if comfortable Suggest a house meet.

We have mutual friends tho. So it’s not that easy even if I don’t have to see him again. And maybe the idea to hook up was a bit extreme, I’m only considering it. I think we might get together if my other work friends hold an event. So I guess I’ll have more of An idea then.
