Should I follow my work crush post internship?

i just finished my internship at this company and there's a teammate that i had a crush on since the beginning but i didn't do anything about it because it would be unprofessional. we would talk a bit but that's it. Would it be weird if i follow him on IG now that i'm done?

That doesn't sound like a problem. You don't work together anymore, so you're free to try and follow him.
Very good of you to recognize that it might be unprofessional while working together, but most coworkers do follow each other on social media.
