What to do about my crush on an employee as an intern?

Alright so this summer I’m doing an engineering internship on a team of about 10 engineers. It’s a young group of engineers so one of them naturally caught my eye and I’ve grown a big crush on him. I’m 19 and he’s 24 for context. I understand it’ll 99% sure never to happen because of the environment we’re in, but my crush just keeps growing. I know he probably just sees me as a young intern despite the “body language signs” my brain decides to come up with when we talk, so I can’t seem to get over it. I just really need advice on what to do on this, it’s hard because I really like him but I know itd be too inappropriate to act on. :(

It's probably best to not date coworkers. But if you insist, smile a lot and create opportunities to talk to him. Be his friend first then maybe a relationship later.
