I so much prefer being asked out/flirted in public, in person. I also never go out with anyone who asks me out through social medias or dating apps (I had tried Tinder once unfortunately).

But really doing something online VS in person, it's totally different. When the guy gathers all his courage and goes out to you... that's like another level in my eyes.

Frequently. But a flirty woman is meaningless. Women are well aware that they can successfully flirt to manipulate men for money, favors, or favorable treatment. They do this much more often than they flirt with a man because she's interested in him.
