I can’t talk to guys as soon as they show romantic interest in me, what do I do?

I am a very social person and can talk to guys very well if it’s only as friends, like I know there’s not a chance for anything more, my friends boyfriends for example. But as soon as a guy show any romantic interest in me I just blank and don’t know how to have a conversation anymore I don't know what to do lol
I mean it gets problematic since I’m out partying often and guys often come up to me and I just don’t know how to talk to them and I get so awkward.
What do I do?
How do I get better at this?
And is this normal?

I’m the same way. Professionally or in casual interactions or friends I’m totally fine. But as soon as it becomes personal I can’t say anything remotely intelligent. I think it’s kind of normal. Sort of like public speaking where eventually you get better at it. Probably more prevalent in introverts.
