15 year age gap with boss and he’s been flirtier with me lately? What does it seem like his motive is to others?

I am 21 years old, and my boss is in his mid 30’s. I’ve worked with him for nearly 2 years and he’s just recently started to advance how he flirts in the last month.

A few examples:

• Gave me the nickname sunshine, that he’ll only call me when he greets me and we’re alone.
• He’s told me things such as how he thinks I’m a catch, that I looked lovely, or that I’m compelling.
• Last, he gives me a high five often and will continue it by grabbing my hand for a few extra seconds. He also compared his hand size with mine the other day, which I’ve heard can mean more to guys.

Any insight? I’ve never had someone that much older than me interested.

It really isn’t a good idea to date someone you work with, especially your boss. It can get messy on so many levels.
Secondly, you don’t know who else he does this too.
Just because he’s showing interest, it doesn’t mean you have to comply. He’s finding ways to touch you. Sooner rather than later it will be more inappropriate, and if you didn’t ask him to, and don’t like it, who’s going to believe you if he does this when others aren’t around?
