I had a meeting with my boss over a week ago and she brought up when we were asking each other how we have been etc. About how she was trying to lose weight and was on a diet and went into why.
We chatted and it felt like a good window to say I think you look great. Buy I didn't as I'm dreadfully shy and embarrassed in person. As she is absolutely gorgeous and problem is we are married. So we got back on subject about work.
The meeting ended and I said well I guess I better get back to it. She smiled and giddy says OK seeya later. I'm gonna go get me something to eat i haven't ate all day! Then she kept repeating what I was saying wrapping up the meeting for some reason. We kept getting into this you hang up first kind of game if you will.
Anyways the day passed and it kept bugging me all day and the next day I sent her a Skype and say hope you are going well. Did you ever go get something to eat? She replies yes it was one of those days. I said well I hope you feel better I know you said you were dieting. Yes I'm trying to look out for my health. Me too I said trying to drink more water.
I didn't say anything when I was in there yesterday but I thought you looked different but I think you look great!
Felt like an eternity when I sent it. She replies aww thanks! I don't normally talk about it too much but I've lost 28 pounds so far. I reply wow. That's good. Well I just wanted to say hello see how you were doing. I'm getting get back it to it.
I immediately stopped the chat after that it didn't press further.
She never did say anything after that.
We've chatted in the office here and there since and everything seems okay. Just as it's always been. What are the chances she reported or said something?

I don't think she reported anything or said anything. Why would she? She seemed like she enjoyed the conversation.
Well I always have this thing with me where It bugs me until I finally say it and then I'm like what a relief. Then I'm like oh crap reading it, like why did I say that? Then get all paranoid.
We are still friends on Facebook though. I guess bad memories. I once had a female coworker get strange and start being totally mean when she had a suspicion I liked her. Bad enough I had to switch jobs to get away from it.
Now she seems protective over me at work in a way. Yesterday a coworker come up and somehow we got on the subject about age. Anyways she walks up and she gets in the conversation laying her arm on the back of my chair asking how I was doing. Well within personal space we we practically touching. Nobody resisted when we did make contact. But the person states yeah he was born in 82. She then goes aww gosh such a baby. I sit there and think well I'm 41 and you're 48. We just all laughed it off and we went on with our days. She's always adjusting and doing sudden hair flips and smiling when I'm in a conversation with her and adjusting clothes. She's fidgets with her wedding ring a lot too.

Today we had a meeting with the higher-ups. We all filled in the room us coworkers. The door was closed and managers come in one sits up front. The woman of interest, passes by like 7 other seats and sits right beside me. The entire time my heart was racing it seemed. I calmed after awhile. I could see her out the corner of my eye looking at me. She also turned and laughed looked me in the eyes when someone said something funny in the meeting. Didn't do that to anyone else. That's the first time she's done that.
