What’s the worst possible reply to “I love you”?

I doubt there is any "worst". It's like an infinite spectrum. No matter how bad a reply you can come up with, there's one that is that bad plus a little worse. As far as actual replies I have received, the worst I can recall is as follows:

"Okay listen to me carefully! Watch your self on the front camera before i recorded you i am all ready done to get your all information on here so what you gonna do if i am doing it now to spread this video to all social medai and to your family!! so tellme do you want me to delete this video or you want me to start to show yousample how to spread this listen to me man i am not playing games with you about this i don't care what will happen to your life once i upload this right now to any social media Tell me are you interested to fix this trouble or you want me to show you a proof how to spread this video to all your friends and family"

Obviously, it's the worst because of the lack of punctuation. (This was an online exchange, and the reply is verbatim.)

This question actually reminds me so much of a question that one of my (very few) followers asked yesterday that I couldn't bring myself to submit my opinion without mentioning it.
