Usually no, not "a move" bc the little old bitties in the building will "ship" you in a matter of seconds and tell the guy all your dirt... However I'll walk over with a few of the neighbors and a covered dish/platter to welcome the guy to the building, tell him the DL about the last resident and invite him to a few of the upcoming activities, etc.
