He seems very friendly but doesn’t really flirt back or make any moves. Also he laughs at my jokes, sometimes checks me out, I caught him looking at my boobs when I wasn’t wearing a bra.

He seems really sweet but again doesn’t make any moves. He also seemed very nervous around me in person a few months ago and sometimes I’ll see him fidgeting with something or his fingers.

He blushes and smiles a lot and seems to like my suggestive/sexual jokes/comments but never does anything.

but he is also 24 years older than me (mid 40’s) so i dunno 🤷🏼‍♀️ but i really like him. He also taught me at Uni briefly before he quit so maybe that’s something to do with it and he got divorced 2 years ago.

If you like him, do something to tear down that barrier so he feels safe making a move. It would be pretty normal if he was intimidated by the age difference.
