Was this a friendly comment or subtle flirting?

I would like an opinion from users on this. I was talking to a guy recently and during the conversation, I mentioned my age. After I told him how old I was, he responded with “Well, if you are (insert age here) and look like THAT (as he motioned his hand up and down my body as if to demonstrate), you are going to be VERY happy when you get older”. Do you think this was meant as a friendly comment about looking young or was this a subtle form of flirting?

It could have been a little bit of both.

But I think if it was flirting he would have said a lot more to it I think it's cool that whatever age you are that he saw within you where you are headed when you do get older and I think that's very cool but if it would have been me I would have kept the flirt going for sure

Hard to tell , I would think possibly a combination of both , without being there he could easily just be making a nice comment to keep you happy , general statement.
