Good looking guy keeps coming around me and makes intense eye contact but has not been able to talk to me yet, does he likes me?

I attend this community service activity every weekend, 3 weekends ago I went into the building after parking my car and this guy came out of nowhere and was right behind me after I got in, he somehow made me notice him haha. Very good looking but I did try to avoid him coz I was nervous..

2nd weekend, this time as I walked in the bldg he enthusiastically greeted me and turned his whole body around to look at me walk past him. That really made me blush…He then came back into the building but I was walking out lol so he walked back out a few seconds after. We made a lot of eye contact and I can tell that he likes me based on body language (I could be wrong though). As we were leaving, he slowly waited for me to drive away and looked at which way I went (he drives the opposite ).

Today, he came into the building and was right behind me everywhere I go lol flexing his muscles and stuff but his friend was with him so I could tell he was looking for the right occasion but the friend kept interrupting ( the friend also kept staring at me and had a knowing look to him) so he then came closer while I was fixing an item and stood right beside me pretending to fix the same thing 🤣. I walked out and got in my car for the drive through and this man kept staring.. the eye contact was intense. Anyway, so I wanted to test and see if he really is watching me so as I’m leaving I drove slowly and parked my car nearby and got out pretending to fix something, and 2 minutes later he drove in my direction and got out of his car and pretended to be doing something (but here comes his friend lol ) so he pretended to be cleaning stuff out of his car so the friend could leave (oddly enough the friend didn’t leave😩) I think he ran out of ideas and got back in his car and started driving in my direction and stopped and looked at me and drive away and the friend drove other way 🤣 . I did notice he was more dressed up today compared to the previous days I’ve seen him.
