Im attracted to this girl at my gym but she always has her headphones on. Feeling s**t outta luck. Advice?

Every time I see her we smile at each other but of course with the headphones it makes it harder to actually go talk to her so I just spend the rest of the evening working out, staying in my zone and keeping to myself. As a 32 yo introverted male. One time I did go up and introduced myself and I still remember her name, but other than that, the "right time" might never come and I guess for now it just is what it is. Of course the gym isn't the place to socialize (which I know).

Unfortunately, unless you are willing to intrude on her obvious barrier to socializing while she is focused on her workout, then I dont see much you can do.

You might just have to shoot your shot, I suppose. I just worry because generally when we lock ourselves out like that, it's for a reason. Maybe she's already taken or just doesn't want to be approached. Who knows? In the end, if you want a chance, you'll have to take a chance. Just temper expectations on what she might say.

I actually bumped into her on my way out of the gym today! Was so unexpected. Chatted with her briefly, was a bit awkward but she seems like the quirky type lol.

Most people go to the gym to workout and that's what they focus on and probably why she has headphones on. If she wanted to socialise she would workout without. Don't read too much into a smile, could be just out of friendliness.

You can try your luck when she arrives or leaves but there's a high chance she just finds it annoying but of course if you don't try at all you have no chance for sure.
