Need advice on this girl from gym?

I am a shy person and can't look at women for more than seconds, This girl and I kind of coincidentally showing up in same classes because of my new schedule.

I try to be nice to people to deal with my anxiety and will help her with replacing things as she is short.

She got some playful friends in the gym. So I was pushing myself hard and people started yelling her name and it kind of happened multiple times.

She kind of flirts around with the handsome instructor, but i think he is married to someone, people tease her about that too.

I find her really cute, What else can i do to gather more info as i can't look at her or notice her before it is too late.

I am scared to ask her out and how to know if she got a boyfriend

Although this may sound creepy, you could probably ask her or search her up in social media and see if she has any posts mentionening her guy. You could probably ask someone who know her and who you're comfortable to talk about, whether she has some guy friends/ or a boyfriend. Or you could probably straight on ask if she's meeting someone.

Already a stalker but she hasn't posted much lately, I am actually thinking of talking to her friends at gym. But it would be best if there is a smoooth way of asking it out with least tension

Ask for a friend. If she says she is single then say you are your own friend.
