Is this security guy flirting with me or just being friendly at work?

So I like this guy and he works in the same facility I do but he’s more police/security and every time I go through the gate I have to show my ID if he’s there hell always give me a wink and a smile. I don't know if this means anything at all or he’s just being nice. Just recently I had to ask him about these parking passes we got so we don’t have to show ID anymore and I emailed him asking him and this was our conversation: so l asked about the pass and then he answered Hi Jenny I just came in today sorry for the delay on getting back to you. I was just informed that the CP campus has not implemented the program yet they will in time. I hope you're good and enjoying the better weather coming around the corner. I will see you on campus. And then I wrote Not a problem thank you for getting back to me. I was just curious if when they do have it I'll need a separate pass but I didn't think I would. It actually doesn't even fit on my rearview LOL. Hope your doing well too haven't caught you at the front gate in a while And then he said yeah they don't fit that mirror at all lol I'll try and stop by the dental office soon to say hello And then I replied that would be awesome I'm never here anymore lol I'm here mostly on Thursdays and if my supervisor needs me here on Mondays then I'm here but my schedule is constantly changing. I go to the gym here on Thursdays after work because I've been training for a 5k lol. I'm sure I'll run into you at some point. I always enjoy seeing you. And then that's when he wrote thank you likewise I will try to stop by next Thursday if you're around campus or today if your in montrose. Talk to you soon. And then I told him I wasn't gonna be in until the following Thursday because I was off Thursday. So not sure if he’s just being nice or professional.
