What actually helped you overcome approach anxiety?

For me, I think it comes down to realizing that not everyone is going to like me, and that's okay. 🥰 I stopped treating every interaction like it had to lead somewhere and started seeing it as just a chance to have a conversation. Rejection feels less scary when you stop taking it personally. I also think confidence grows through practice, not by waiting until you're no longer nervous. You can be shy and still make the first move. ❤️
