That 'one' girl/guy that gives you butterflies?

Ever just spotted that one person that you can't help but glance over at several times and actually have a genuine "thing" going for them? What makes them so attractive and special in your eyes? Guys, what qualities really make you fall for a girl, and girls what qualities really make you fall for a guy?

Well I might be a little bias but yes, my girlfriend. Every time I see her no matter how many times I have seen her that day my heart starts to race and I get what you can "butterflies". What I love about her is the fact that she is pretty (I know it seems shallow but it would be a lie to say that her looks had nothing to do with it), smart, witty and can always make me smile, she listens to me when I have a problem and can get me to actually talk about my problems with her (something very few people can do), caring, and one thing that I love about her is the fact that I know I can trust her. I have heard multiple stories from my friends that have seen a guy hit on her (some of them I know are actually very popular) and she always tells them straight of the bat that she has a boyfriend and that she is not interested int he slightest. Though her looks was what got my attention in the beginning, the fact that she shows she cares and that she is loyal are the two biggest things that have made her special to me.

I've seen women I thought were very beautiful and felt compelled to talk to them, but I've never gotten butterflies right off the bat like that. I get butterflies from a certain personality. I think it's a combination of both. When you're physically around them and they have both the look and the personality, you just start feeling a bit goofy.

Yes, I've met him..

It's so odd.. We worked together for two years. When he started he was so nervous and didn't speak to anyone much, but when I looked at him.. It wasn't full blown butterflies, but it was there..

This was when I got with my boyfriend (now ex) though. This guy and I talked on lunch breaks and things and it didn't seem to matter what it was, but I couldn't help but smile when I was around him.

Over the summer this year we often ended up sitting together after work as I was waiting for a friend to meet me. We went from colleagues (who always smiled around each other!) to friends.. and a few months later, a couple =)

We're not perfect together, at all. In fact, I remember imagining us together and saying "It would never work." I suppose, in every sense, it doesn't.

But we love seeing each other. who cares if we're so different? We're happy.

And I still get butterflies when he leans in to kiss me!

Yeah. It's kind of pathetic actually, I've been crazy about one particular person for quite sometime now, we work together. Everytime he looks at me my heart pounds like crazy, almost like a burning in my chest (so corny, I know, but so true). If things were different in circumstance, I would claim that he would be the "perfect guy for me." I do feel this way now but there are just too many reasons why we can't be together. If I ever have feelings like this about another guy I'll consider myself lucky.

I'm seeing a guy at the moment, and he gives me butterflies like no other. I've always felt the chemistry from the day we met, and then one night he was being all sweet and cornish and I've had the butterflies ever since. It's actually kind of terrible. The butterflies took away my appetite, and now I'm eating maybe half of what I normally eat. XD

Well what makes her very special I guess was that only moment that we had was very special, she was very nice, talkative, a bit misterious, I felt like a real man at that moment, it was pretty sweet. I loved her blue eyes and her black hair and her nice figure. I guess what really f***s me up is the mixed messages that I always got, I guess you have isses because I felled for somebody very unstable.

What made me fall for crush was: that he's easy to talk to (if there's a pause, he'll say something to keep it going), He's polite (He'll say "Have a nice day!" or "Enjoy the rest of your afternoon!"), He really cares about his school work (which I admire and respect),He seems respectful of the women in his family and he's gorgeous...Sigh
