Is "pouting" the lips attractive or no?

I see girls in pictures do this all the time.

and I have been accused of pouting my lips. But the truth is I don't pout my lips lol. It looks like I pout my lips but its only an illusion because of my strong jaw + high cheekbones.

Researches say that when women pout, its a mating or playful sign. But when men pout, they do it to willingly not express any emotion and to win an argument by silence.

You don't look like you are pouting (if that is you in the display picture). I personally find when girls pout in pictures.. really kind of annoys me. I am not sure why. It is just one of those things that can annoy someone... probably like how some words annoy me and certain sounds.

People pouts for different reasons, in my case(most of the time) I pout because I am upset about something. I don't pout to attract some guys, I thing pouting in picture doesn't look good.
