There's this guy on my brothers team and he keeps staring and smiling at me and sometimes I catch him looking at me. I somehow manage to run into him a lot and he talks to his friends about how big my muscles are. He like finds ways to touch me I guess you could say like play fight and stuff and tease me. Is he interested? If not then what is he?! HELP

Well from what you wrote above it seems like to me that you should have high self esteem. He looks at you and pays attention to you so that should make you feel good. I think the tough part would be finding out for sure if he is really into you or just flirting with you.
