Just shy of third base but no feelings?

Been seeing this girl for like 3 months. On Monday, we kissed for the first time. It was amazing and still feels a little unreal. We made out for a couple hours while cuddling, and she was SO into it. If we both weren't waiting til marriage, we would've had sex guaranteed. We touched each other under our shirts, she asked me to rub her hips to help with cramps, and she lets me touch everywhere that's not her boobs or between her legs (I'm fine with that). We've gone as far as possible without getting sexual. She told me that she thought I was cute before we even met, and that I'm literally 100% her type and what she wants. We're even exclusive, not seeing anyone else because we have each other. She even told me about a guy she turned down because "there's someone else (me)"

The only issue is, she says she doesn't have feelings for me. Now I find it hard to believe, because she isn't the kind of girl to do this with just anybody, and made a point to say that. She tells me how much her parents like me, and is very happy they do. Only thing I can think, is she got out of a toxic relationship where she was hurt and used almost a year ago. It seems like she is just afraid of going through that again.

For all intents and purposes, we have been dating for the past two months, it just isn't official. We're friend in the public eye, but when we're alone it's like we've been married. She even asked something like "do you think married couples get bored of this?" while we cuddled for hours.

We've been so intimate that I can't believe she doesn't have feelings and it's making me a little crazy. Thoughts?
