He's a very shy person, he finally built up the confidence to talk to me face to face. I thought it would be awkward but it wasn't. i really enjoyed spending time with him. and when we were saying goodbye, we hugged. I hugged him tight and so did he, but he started breathing loudly then stopped right after we stopped hugging. what does that mean?

Well to be honest he probably likes you! Im in a simular situation. I met this girl and we hang out whenever possible. When we meet and leave we hug. I like this girl a lot, i notice myself breathing heavier when im holding her. I dont wanna let go. Im not aroused as some might suggest but I get butterflies in my stomach. Hope this helps!
